2.4 Accurate Information. 2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). jl52 follows PAGCOR-aligned KYC procedures. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Prohibited Persons: jl52 accounts may not be registered by or used by persons who are employees, contractors, or agents of jl52 or its affiliated companies; persons who are prohibited from gambling under any applicable law or court order; or persons who have been self-excluded from the jl52 platform.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl52 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify jl52 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jl52 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.3 jl52 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where it reasonably suspects that account security has been compromised or that the account is being accessed by an unauthorised person.
4.1 All transactions on jl52 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected.
4.2 jl52 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Available methods may change from time to time at jl52's discretion.
4.3 Deposits are generally credited to your jl52 account immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment processing. jl52 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. jl52 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
4.5 jl52 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.6 You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.1 jl52 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be stated in the relevant promotion details.
5.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your jl52 account. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
5.3 jl52 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, jl52's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by jl52 will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds on jl52 are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Players are encouraged to review promotion terms carefully before opting in.
6.1 All games available on jl52 are provided by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness. jl52 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jl52 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jl52 cannot guarantee the continuity of any game session and shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 jl52 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, software fault, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner when using jl52's live dealer services. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at dealers or other players may result in immediate account suspension.

10.2 jl52's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jl52 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

12.1 jl52 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
12.2 Players may close their jl52 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 jl52 may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, following reasonable notice to the registered email address.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jl52's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 jl52 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming laws. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with the laws of their respective jurisdictions.
